It isn't just the icy cold martinis and Cosmopolitans- though they are fabulous but it is the vibe that makes Lucky's Montecito my favorite restaurant in the world. It is a neighborhood pub meets New York steakhouse with celeb sightings rolled Into one. Could it get any better?
